IT Asset Management Administrator
Job Summary
Responsible for the daily administration of the IT asset management program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance to support operational and regulatory needs.
Key responsibilities
- Execute lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement activities
- Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Support IT asset audits and reporting activities to meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role
- Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and asset tracking practices
- ITIL Foundation or ITAM certification is a plus
