IT Asset Management Administrator

Job Summary

To support a distributed healthcare environment, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the daily administration of the IT asset management program, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and effective utilization of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment tracking, and retirement activities
• Maintain accurate asset records in ITAM systems and support audits and compliance checks
• Coordinate with technical teams to reconcile asset inventories and resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and asset tracking practices
• Basic understanding of compliance and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
