IT Asset Management Administrator

Job Summary

The full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the daily administration and operational execution of the IT asset management program, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and compliance of hardware assets throughout their lifecycle to support healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, transfers, and retirement activities
• Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM systems, ensuring data completeness, correctness, and timeliness
• Support IT asset audits, compliance checks, and reporting activities to meet internal policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role in a mid-to-large enterprise
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle, inventory control, and asset tracking practices
• Basic understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
