IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITAM Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and measure performance metrics for IT resources and optimize performance through process improvements
• Develop and maintain balanced scorecards and dashboards to evaluate IT-related performance
• Oversee asset management processes, including data accuracy, migration, and incident tickets

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools
• Knowledge of Conviva CMDB and related asset management systems
• Familiarity with performance management metrics and evaluation
• Understanding of M&A projects and asset reconciliation
• Proficiency in managing IT capital projects and related documentation
