IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Asset and Configuration Management Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management for IT hardware, software, and cloud assets
• Maintain asset data accuracy and support internal and external audits
• Contribute to the development and improvement of ITAM and ITCM policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, and/or ITOM modules preferred
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and ITIL practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
