IT Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Senior Analyst will assist the Program Manager with project execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance documentation while analyzing program information and developing strategic planning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in client coordination, project execution, and deliverable management, acting as deputy/backup when necessary
• Assist in developing ITAM governance and policy documentation, including governance frameworks and operational plans
• Conduct analysis of ITAM policies and processes to identify gaps, risks, and recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in federal IT, program management, or management consulting
• Experience developing client-ready strategic plans and governance materials
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings and recommend solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Power BI, and ServiceNow
