Job Summary
To support a growing team, the long-term contract IT Asset Management Analyst will manage technology inventory reviews, software utilization analysis, and vendor data validation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technology inventory reviews and software true-up activities
- Prepare audit evidence and support hardware-related activities involving software entitlements
- Participate in vendor reviews and cross-functional working sessions while managing multiple workstreams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in software asset management or related fields
- 5-7+ years of experience in software asset management, licensing, or procurement coordination
- Strong experience managing software records across the full asset lifecycle
- Ability to analyze software asset data and resolve discrepancies
- Experience supporting software request, renewal, and compliance processes
