IT Asset Management Associate
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Specialist - IT Asset Management will manage database entries for budgeting, software compliance, and inventory while assisting in reporting and contract management.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain information in a database related to budgeting, software compliance, and inventory
- Assist in developing reports to meet management requirements and respond to IT Software Asset Management data requests
- Facilitate technical support and renewal processes for software products, identifying savings opportunities with vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-3 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) applications preferred
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective relationship building with internal teams and external customers
