IT Asset Management Consultant

Job Summary

As a remote Solutions Consultant - IT Asset Management, the candidate will govern ServiceNow platform operations, ensure software license compliance, and drive incident and commercial governance within managed services environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow platform operations, including license management and vendor engagement
• Lead license reconciliation and entitlement governance to ensure compliance and maximize value
• Provide oversight during Major Incidents, managing escalations and communicating with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 13+ years of experience managing ServiceNow environments with a focus on license governance and contract compliance
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and software licensing models
• Proven ability to present insights to executive stakeholders and manage customer relationships
• Experience driving collaboration across delivery teams and vendors
• Ability to balance operational governance with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment
