IT Asset Management Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a federal Information Technology Asset Management program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Data Analyst will analyze ITAM-related data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven insights for operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze ITAM data related to hardware and software assets, inventory accuracy, and compliance
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support program performance monitoring
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities within ITAM datasets and reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured data from multiple sources
• U.S. citizenship required
