Job Summary

Leading the implementation and operationalization of IT Asset Management capabilities, the full-time salaried IT Asset Management Director will establish ServiceNow as the authoritative system for technology assets, ensuring lifecycle processes, data integrity, and compliance across the organization while working remotely from Philadelphia, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes and operates end-to-end IT asset lifecycle processes for hardware and software assets within ServiceNow
• Builds and leads the IT Asset Management team, fostering a culture of data quality and continuous improvement
• Manages enterprise software entitlements and licensing agreements, ensuring alignment between deployed software and financial commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, asset management, or enterprise platform management
• 3+ years of experience leading or implementing IT Asset Management programs using an enterprise platform
• 3+ years of direct people management experience in technical operations or platform teams
