IT Asset Management Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time IT Asset Management Manager will lead the governance, lifecycle management, and optimization of IT assets across a large-scale Infrastructure Managed Services environment, focusing on inventory accuracy, financial accountability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT asset lifecycle management from procurement through retirement and disposal
• Oversee inventory management activities to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance across all technology asset categories
• Develop and deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and analytics on asset health, utilization, compliance, financial performance, and lifecycle status

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Inventory Management within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB or comparable enterprise asset management platforms
• Experience managing asset governance, lifecycle management, and compliance reporting
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure Managed Services, cloud environments, and vendor management practices
