IT Asset Management Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Program Manager, responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement through retirement, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and internal policies while developing and refining ITAM processes
• Collaborate with various teams to align asset management strategies with organizational goals and generate reports on asset utilization and compliance status

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or a related IT operations role
• ITAM or ITIL certifications are a plus
• Strong knowledge of ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, Flexera, JAMF, SCCM)
• Familiarity with hardware lifecycle practices and procurement processes
