Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Director, IT Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy aligned to client outcomes and operational scalability
• Lead ITAM solution design for client proposals and oversee the delivery of ITAM lifecycle services
• Establish governance frameworks for compliance and risk management while driving business growth and market expansion

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10 or more years of progressive IT Asset Management experience
• Demonstrated success in delivering ITAM as a managed service to clients
• Strong background in integrating ITAM with ITIL-based processes and experience in global environments
• ITAM certifications such as CSAM or CHAMP and ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation or higher preferred
