IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Systems Specialist - Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and retirement
• Maintain accurate records within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system and track software licenses for compliance
• Coordinate asset distribution and establish standards for asset procurement, usage, and disposal

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Asset Management, Procurement, or IT Operations in a global environment
• Familiarity with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow or Lansweeper
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and software licensing compliance
• Coursework in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in working with macOS, Windows, and mobile devices in enterprise environments
