Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Specialist to manage and maintain technology assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT and network assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
• Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate with IT and procurement for asset purchases, deployments, and returns

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management or a related IT function
• Working knowledge of hardware, software, and license tracking
• Experience using asset management or service management tools
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts or asset lifecycle best practices is preferred
