Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Management Specialist to manage technology assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT and network assets, including hardware and software
• Perform routine audits and reconciliations to correct gaps or inconsistencies
• Coordinate with IT and procurement to support asset purchases, deployments, and returns

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT asset management or a related IT function
• Working knowledge of hardware, software, and license tracking
• Experience using asset management or service management tools
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
• A bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field is helpful, but equivalent practical experience is acceptable
