IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Asset Management Specialist will manage core IT asset management processes, including tracking devices, provisioning equipment, and maintaining accurate asset records in ServiceNow to support employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Track IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate records in ServiceNow
• Provision hardware and software for employee onboarding and manage inventory levels
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets, providing technical support and documenting resolutions thoroughly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management, IT operations, or a related support role
• Familiarity with IT ticketing and ITSM platforms; ServiceNow ITAM experience preferred
• Basic understanding of hardware specifications, software licensing, and warranty management
• IAITAM CAMP or CHAMP certification preferred; ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification preferred
