IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the full lifecycle of technology assets, the full-time IT Asset Management Specialist will manage procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and secure disposition of IT assets in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and secure data sanitization
• Manage procurement workflows and coordinate with vendors for hardware acquisition and contract terms
• Conduct regular inventory audits and support internal audits by providing necessary asset documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in IT asset management, endpoint management, or procurement
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and familiarity with RMM tools such as NinjaOne
• Knowledge of hardware lifecycle and vendor management
• Understanding of device compliance and security best practices
