Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Asset Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Inventory Team for order processing, endpoint deployments, and shipment receipt
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance deployment and support processes
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deployment inventory in the IT Asset Management System

Required Qualifications

3+ years of inventory experience
2+ years of customer support experience
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, CA Service Desk)
Experience with Windows 10
Strong technical background to understand infrastructure/environment
