IT Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Associate to serve as the primary on-site IT resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site IT point of contact for the Americas region
• Support JD Edwards (JDE) applications and troubleshoot data integrity issues
• Manage and resolve Level 1 support tickets while ensuring timely communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience managing a ticket queue in systems such as TopDesk (Level 1) or DevOps (Level 2) preferred
• Hands-on comfort with hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Interest in long-term IT career growth and internal advancement
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
