Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Associate Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Define and capture requirements for application features and enhancements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Participate in user acceptance testing and Agile squad ceremonies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in related IT roles
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Understanding of technical integration patterns and software application platforms
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
