Job Summary

Leading a team focused on infrastructure, security, and service desk operations, the full-time remote Associate Director of IT will manage and develop technical teams, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs while supporting global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure operations, including upgrades, monitoring, and security across networks, databases, and cloud services
• Manage and develop team members, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to enhance service delivery
• Ensure IT architecture and support services facilitate employee productivity and business continuity in alignment with growth objectives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in computer information systems with expertise in IT infrastructure and security
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams in a complex environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and deliver results on time
• Experience with quality validation processes and aligning IT practices with approved standards
• Familiarity with budget planning and asset management in IT operations
