Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Associate Projects Manager to support project planning and execution for IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Support project tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with global IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and manage project risks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A foundational understanding of IT systems and industry-standard project management practices is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a project coordination or support role is a plus
