Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including application development and infrastructure initiatives
  • Create and maintain project management deliverables such as plans, schedules, budgets, and resource staffing
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
Required Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of the Duck Creek Policy system, including configuration, workflows, and integrations
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably within the insurance or policy administration domain
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Certification in Duck Creek technologies and project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are preferred
  • Familiarity with policy administration systems and insurance industry workflows is a plus
