IT Audit Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Audit - IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of the annual risk assessment and audit plan
• Lead execution of IT SOX, including resource allocation, testing, and reporting
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure compliance with SOX 404 requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 12 years of progressive IT and process internal audit experience
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a publicly traded company or highly regulated industry preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA) are a plus
