IT Audit Lead

Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced financial services partner, the remote IT Audit Lead will manage the execution and enhancement of the Technology Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, facilitating workshops, assessing risks and controls, and driving remediation efforts over a contract term of 5+ months.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate RCSA workshops, document outcomes, and track action items to resolution
• Review risk and control documentation to identify gaps and remediation opportunities
• Evaluate and enhance control descriptions and testing procedures for clarity and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, or related fields
• Strong understanding of RCSA methodology and risk assessments
• Experience facilitating workshops with Technology and Risk stakeholders
• Proven ability to assess risk and control documentation
• Knowledge of Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs) and governance processes
