IT Auditor

Job Summary

Managing internal audits and supporting the annual audit plan, the full-time IT Auditor will perform enterprise-level audits, assess risks, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit engagements, finalize audit reports, and follow up on remediation plans with senior leadership
• Prepare and update risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks associated with healthcare systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance regulatory compliance and operational integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or as a lead auditor
• Solid understanding of auditing frameworks and accounting principles
• Certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CRMA are preferred
• Experience with data analytic reporting tools is required
