Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. IT & Automation Analyst-Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Handles internal IT tickets effectively
Supports NetSuite workflows including orders, invoicing, and updates
Identifies repetitive tasks and seeks to automate them proactively

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in IT, MIS, Data Analytics, or a similar field
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Smartsheet is optional
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or similar) or a strong interest in learning
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Entra, Azure, and Office 365
Basic knowledge of AI
