IT Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Automation Engineer to support the US Courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation capabilities for operational activities in the NOC
• Implement automation workflows for ticket triage, event enrichment, and monitoring across various environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of automation solutions with existing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT Automation engineering experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Familiarity with network, security, and application technologies
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Splunk for reporting and monitoring
