IT Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Automation Engineer to join their Enterprise IT Automation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise infrastructure automation using Ansible and scripting languages
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows across infrastructure platforms
• Integrate automation with upstream and downstream systems using APIs and support observability through tools like Splunk

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in an infrastructure domain (networking, systems, virtualization, or endpoint computing)
• Hands-on experience automating infrastructure using Ansible or similar frameworks
• Comfort with scripting in Python and/or PowerShell, plus YAML
• Experience working with Git repositories in a CI/CD and Agile development environment
• Experience integrating or automating across multiple platforms using APIs
