IT & Automation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT & Automation Manager to oversee enterprise IT systems and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure
• Lead automation projects and identify opportunities to automate business processes
• Develop and maintain IT policies and collaborate with department leaders to translate operational needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise IT management
• 3+ years of experience in leading automation or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience in a government or highly regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology or Computer Science
• Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and automation tools
