Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Automations and Support Specialist to provide technical support and lead automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement automations and build automated workflows across SaaS platforms
  • Respond to employee helpdesk requests and manage onboarding for new employees
  • Maintain ticketing systems, asset inventory, and IT knowledgebase documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of IT support experience
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience with APIs, scripting, and automation platforms
  • Familiarity with Information Security fundamentals
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration and service desk software
