Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Automations and Support Specialist to provide technical support and lead automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement automations and build automated workflows across SaaS platforms
- Respond to employee helpdesk requests and manage onboarding for new employees
- Maintain ticketing systems, asset inventory, and IT knowledgebase documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of IT support experience
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience with APIs, scripting, and automation platforms
- Familiarity with Information Security fundamentals
- Experience with Google Workspace Administration and service desk software
