Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Branch Manager to oversee technology initiatives and service delivery within the IT Support Services Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Technology Engagement & Communications Branch, including personnel management and performance evaluations
  • Drive IT service innovation and establish customer success strategies to enhance user engagement
  • Develop performance metrics to assess IT service delivery effectiveness and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Eight to ten years of experience in program or information technology management
  • At least eight years of experience in systems support or development, with six years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of public administration principles, including procurement and project management
  • Ability to manage multi-million-dollar annual budgets
