Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Branch Manager to oversee technology initiatives and service delivery within the IT Support Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technology Engagement & Communications Branch, including personnel management and performance evaluations
- Drive IT service innovation and establish customer success strategies to enhance user engagement
- Develop performance metrics to assess IT service delivery effectiveness and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Eight to ten years of experience in program or information technology management
- At least eight years of experience in systems support or development, with six years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of public administration principles, including procurement and project management
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar annual budgets
