Job Summary
To support daily financial execution and governance for the OCIO budget, the full-time IT Budget Analyst will manage data integration, compliance, and transaction logging while working remotely within a hybrid tool ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and clean raw data from financial networks into the central budget system, ensuring data integrity
- Track allocations, reconcile ledger data, and assist with the Front Office spend plan
- Monitor compliance with reporting timelines and facilitate the division validation process for program staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in financial analysis or budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with large dataset validation and tracking project timelines or contract periods of performance
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into workflows for financial analysis and reporting
- Understanding of the federal budget lifecycle and public sector spend planning
