IT Budget Analyst

Job Summary

Providing critical research and analytical support, the full-time remote IT Budget Analyst will facilitate IT and non-IT initiatives within the Veterans Health Administration by conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of data relevant to IT and non-IT projects to generate actionable insights
• Prepare and present detailed reports and updates for stakeholders and VHA executive leadership, maintaining precise documentation
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, deliverables, and key performance indicators for various initiatives within ITW

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in research, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in research and data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or government sector
• Prior acquisition and budget experience with a federal agency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven capability to translate data into insights that support strategic decisions
