IT Business Analysis Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, IT Business Analysis (PCaaS Lease Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Lease Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the PCaaS program, collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers
• Review and approve lease schedules and invoices, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies
• Develop and maintain hardware refresh plans and ServiceNow dashboards to track PCaaS performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 4 years of experience in finance or lease management with a successful program implementation track record
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• Extensive knowledge of IT asset and service management platforms, particularly ServiceNow
• Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and process improvement initiatives
