Job Summary

To support critical IT initiatives, the remote contract IT Business Analyst will translate business requirements into technical specifications, conduct business process analysis, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and feasible solutions
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document existing workflows
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to ensure business acceptance and project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend optimal solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with business process analysis tools
• Ability to develop use cases, functional models, and process flows
