IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Associate Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
• Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and coordinate implementation
• Collaborate with line of business and technology colleagues to assess and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related major or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or other ticketing systems (preferred)
• Experience in Business Analysis and familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)
