IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support and improve business processes and applications in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on solutions for client/broker/TPA requests and growth initiatives
• Lead process discovery and document transitions to CRM and BI systems
• Manage small to medium projects, ensuring timely and budgeted completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of business processes
• Experience in Agile/Sprint Planning project management methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development life cycle (SDLC)
