Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support and improve business processes and applications in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on solutions for client/broker/TPA requests and growth initiatives
- Lead process discovery and document transitions to CRM and BI systems
- Manage small to medium projects, ensuring timely and budgeted completion
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of business processes
- Experience in Agile/Sprint Planning project management methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development life cycle (SDLC)
