Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to facilitate effective communication and solution implementation
• Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts using agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Knowledge of IT implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience in data analysis and the development and rollout of training materials
