IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support business processes and IT systems development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with business partners and understand their processes to elicit requirements
• Map out end-to-end processes and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives
• Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in resolving product run issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Working knowledge of IT concepts and principles
• Experience in mediating across different IT teams
• Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters
