IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - IT Business to enable organizational change and deliver stakeholder value through business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate consensus on current state processes, attributes, and business process designs
• Adhere to industry and company practices for core business analysis functions, ensuring quality and traceability of requirements
• Resolve cross-application business process issues and ensure compliance with record retention standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years' experience in business process administration or business analysis
• Experience enabling change by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver stakeholder value
• Experience modeling complex business processes and translating them into IT constructs
• Ability to produce business analysis artifacts using tools such as Excel and Visio
