IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Process Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for the Clinical Programming business function and analyze business needs
• Collaborate with global IT teams to support existing processes and validate solutions
• Manage tasks related to systems configuration, development, and provide ongoing support to end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Experience working in a GxP environment or with GxP systems
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and validation processes
