Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support clients in improving their business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and analyze client processes across various functional and industry areas
• Engage with stakeholders to understand current business processes and design future state processes
• Create proposals to help clients achieve their transformational goals while leveraging AI and process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, computer science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or internal transformation roles
• Expertise in one or two functional areas or industry verticals, preferably Healthcare or Insurance
• Experience in transformational roles within a BPO environment
