IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to enhance healthcare technology integration and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and design workflows and identify process optimization opportunities
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams
• Manage documentation of requirements, communicate changes to stakeholders, and assist in developing the technology roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT experience in software development and systems design within healthcare environments
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Methodology, demonstrating adaptability to dynamic project environments
• Proficient in Agile methodology and tools, preferably Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience with documentation tools and managing requirements for enhancements and incidents
