Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support business planning and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and technologies into actionable business plans and document required changes
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, reviewing requirements and performing testing and validation
• Manage business governance processes and ensure adherence to application standards and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• General knowledge of information technology, particularly user-centered design for mobile/web applications
• Experience in medium scale project planning and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Skills to mentor less experienced team members
