Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing project work and facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Elicit business requirements and manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly understood by developers
• Provide technical and non-technical support for project documentation and user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and documentation of IT needs
• Knowledge of and experience with agile processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
