IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into detailed technical requirements
• Oversee testing of new code and system enhancements, leading user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assess current processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and maintain comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related systems work
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience in Higher Education, preferably in an OPM setting
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle large data sets
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
