Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Quote to Cash (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zuora Billing & Revenue software
Document issues, resolutions, and escalate to the Zuora Support team as necessary
Conduct system testing and manage changes to templates and configurations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
2 - 4 years of experience with SaaS/ERP applications, preferably Zuora Billing
Experience with the Order-To-Cash (O2C) cycle in any ERP system is acceptable
Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and HTML, along with knowledge of MS Office tools
Familiarity with US GAAP and revenue accounting concepts is a plus
